I built this site to connect my interests in writing and artwork with you. Thanks for coming. This may be

the only website in the world that mixes literature, physical education, and oil painting. But that's who

I am, and my interests are varied.

At first glance, this collection of pieces might seem curious. There are bright oil paintings, fictional literary works (coming soon), and useful guides on how to teach physical education. I know these are distinct interests. One moment I'm immersed in the silent world of art and canvas, and the next, I am exploring education and the life-changing effect of an active lifestyle, and then I'm focused on the structure of a literary narrative.

However, for me, these interests all stem from a deep-seated love for  physical activity, expression, and the beauty found in art. Whether it’s my love of Impressionism, the way a story captures an emotion, or the way a child discovers the joy of movement, there is a shared thread of life's discovery that ties them together. Or maybe I just watched too many cartoons as a kid.

This site is a humble attempt to gather those ideas together into one place. These thoughts are still evolving, and I am privileged to share them with you.
